Why are stock, futures, and options traders starting to trade forex (currency)?
There are two answers:
1) The currency market offers 24-hour trading, low transaction costs, and unmatched liquidity, which makes the market extremely attractive for short-term trading.
2) Retail forex accounts can now be opened with large, established financial firms. DTA Capital Management, LLC was launched in November of 2003 and marked a turning point for the retail forex industry.
